TaurÄ—s UAB as the operator of the e-store Cups.lt shall undertake to preserve confidentiality of the visitors of the store (data subjects) online. The security of data available on the e-store Cups.lt shall be of particular importance to us. The Rules on Protection of Personal Data of TaurÄ—s UAB shall be based on the requirements of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By applying organisational and technical measures TaurÄ—s UAB shall ensure proper security of personal data including protection against unauthorised or unlawful data processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
The visitor of the e-store Cups.lt (data subject) shall agree that his/her personal data voluntarily provided by him/her at the moment of registration on the e-store or at the moment of ordering the goods was processed in accordance with these personal data processing rules.
Purposes of Collection of Personal Data
Personal data shall be collected on the e-store Cups.lt for the following purposes:
- For the purposes of e-trade and delivery of goods;
- For the purposes of provision of services and contacting the visitors of the e-store;
- For the purposes of improvement of operation of the e-store;
- For the purposes of direct marketing;
- For the purposes of organisation and conducting of competitions, sales promotions, games.
The data subject shall agree that TaurÄ—s UAB processed the following personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of e-trade:
- Name and surname;
- Telephone number;
- E-mail address;
- Password of the user account of the e-store;
- Details of payment for the good or service: bank account number, method of payment;
- Address for delivery of the good.
Personal data received for the afore-mentioned purpose shall be stored for 5 (five) calendar years from the last login of the customer to his/her user account on the e-store. Data processed on the basis of the contract (e.g. invoices) shall be destroyed from the date of performance of the purchase-sale contract.
The data subject shall be notified that another data processor, i.e. the company providing courier services DPD Lietuva UAB, legal entity registration number: 111639299, address: Liepkalnio g. 180, Vilnius, is engaged for the purposes of delivery of the goods.
The data subject shall agree that TaurÄ—s UAB processed the following personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of provision of services and enquiry administration:
- Name;
- Surname;
- E-mail address;
- Enquiry.
Personal data processed for the afore-mentioned purpose shall be stored for 2 (two) calendar years from the date of provision of data.
The data subject shall agree that TaurÄ—s UAB processed the following personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of direct marking and organisation and conducting of competitions, sales promotions and games:
- Name;
- Surname;
- E-mail address;
- Telephone number.
Personal data received for the purposes of direct marketing shall be stored for 5 (five) calendar years from the date of provision of the data.
The data controller TaurÄ—s UAB shall certify that personal data is collected directly from the data subject and not collected from other sources.
Taurės UAB shall undertake not to disclose the data subject’s personal data to third parties except for the data controller’s partners providing the services of delivery of goods or other services related to proper fulfilment of the purchaser. In all other cases, the data subject’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject’s consent to processing of his/her data for the purposes of direct marketing shall be obtained by enabling the data subject to choose to agree/disagree that his/her data was processed for the purposes of direct marketing in the user account on the e-store Cups.lt.
The data subject shall be notified of his/her right to object to data processing for the purposes of direct marketing at the moment of collection of data (registration of the user account on the e-store Cups.lt) and by these personal data processing rules.
The data subject shall be entitled at any time to withdraw the given consent to processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing by logging in to the user account of the e-store Cups.lt or addressing TaurÄ—s UAB by e-mail: info@cups.lt.
The data subject shall be entitled to submit his/her written request for information on whether data related to the data subject is processed to Taurės UAB. If such data is processed, the data subject shall be entitled to access his/her personal data and the following information: the purposes of data processing; the categories of data of the respective persons; the recipients of data or categories of the recipients of data to whom the data subject’s personal data has been disclosed or shall be disclosed; the expected period of store of personal data.
The data subject shall be entitled to withdraw his/her consent to his/her personal data processing when personal data is processed exclusively on the basis of the data subject’s consent, request that Taurės UAB transferred the processed personal data concerning him/her to another data controller where this is possible in technical terms.
The data subject shall be entitled to request to correct or supplement the personal data related to the data subject. The data subject shall be entitled to request that Taurės UAB destroyed the collected personal data and request for restriction of personal data processing. Data subject can delete the personal data collected in the Cups.lt e-store by logging in to the user account of the e-store Cups.lt (if account was created) and pressing „Delete Account“ button or addressing directly Taurės UAB by e-mail: info@cups.lt. The data is deleted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the request.
Cookies
Cookies shall be small textual files with the unique identification number which shall be transferred from the website to the personal computer so that it would be possible to identify the person’s computer, type of browser and see the person’s activities on the internet. The unique number shall identify the person’s browser every time the person visits the website.
